Smile


Studies have shown that the act of smiling--even when you feel you have nothing to smile about--releases endorphins in the body, and before you know it, you're actually feeling better.

So make smiling a habit. Smile when you drink your first sip of coffee in the morning. Smile when you take your shower. Smile at each person you meet. Smile for no reason at all. Especially if you're feeling down, discouraged or blue, smile. This really works.
