Epiphanies

Have you ever been reading a self-help book, or a spiritual book--something about the Law of Attraction or Conversations with
God,
for example--and suddenly you see the light.

Suddenly you understand everything. Not just the point the author was trying to make, but EVERYTHING. It's as if you can suddenly see the entire Universe and the past, present and future all rolled into one. You feel an incredible high, as if joy is bursting out of your chest.

And just as suddenly, it's gone, and you're left with a pleasant buzz, wondering what THAT was all about.

My theory is, you've just experienced enlightenment. It's a fantastic motivator, yes? You realize that if you understood things once, you can understand them again, and maybe next time hold onto your understanding for an hour, or a day.

My experience has been that the more you seek to understand the world, the more moments like this happen. So during those times of frustration, when you're afraid you'll NEVER get it, or if you get it you can't hold onto it, take a deep breath, relax, and trust.

Enlightenment comes when it comes. Enjoy the ride.

I'm here for you,
Kara
