At the Podium

I gave another workshop today--this one on creating psychic characters, for my home chapter, Dallas Area Romance Authors. I had a pretty good crowd and I think it went well, though it's hard for me to tell. Afterward a lot of the members went to The Fox and Hounds for lunch. After that, I attended a booksigning by Rosemary Clement-Moore (I hope I spelled that right as I don't have her name right in front of me) whose first book, Prom Dates from Hell, is on the shelves. It looks so cute I can't wait to read it.

Rob came home later. I picked him up from the airport and we went to Toy's, which is a yummy Thai restaurant that's long been a favorite.

So, about yesterday's accidentally deleted post: I'm not sure what all was in it. I talked about my trip to Houston. If you REALLY want to know about my "spa writer's weekend," I will post a blog tomorrow morning (Sunday) at the Harlequin Authors Blog. The short version is, I twisted my ankle the first day so spent most of my time in bed with my foot on a pillow, writing my little heart out. I wrote 47 pages! I am almost halfway done with this book. (What was I calling it--MOB?)

Thanks for stopping by,
Kara
