Closing in ...

Only a few more pages to polish on TAKING DOWN THE DEVIL. Then another read-through and I should be done! This is very exciting, as I started writing this book--I dunno, almost three years ago, I think.

Went to yoga tonight. I tried to drag Rob with me since he is experiencing plantar fasciitis (tendonitis in the foot, severe heel pain) which is a condition I've had for years. After trying just about everything--cortisone shots, anti inflammatories, orthotics and gel insoles for my shoes, braces at night and deep-tissue massage from a sports medicine chiropractor--the most effective therapy has been yoga. I rarely experience even mild discomfort anymore. But Rob was tired. He taught two bridge classes AND rode his bike to and from the train stations on both ends. It was an all-day thing. We did an "East-West" class, which means one that involves lots of forward bending and back-bending.

My hour of housework today was spent on the kitchen, giving it a real deep clean and decluttering the windowsills, which have been collecting all manner of crap.

I'm off to get ready for Wishcraft meeting tomorrow. I am SOOOO ready--it's been a month and I need to get back on track.

Thanks for visiting,
Kara
